KCL Hindu Society starts the semester with a Holi-tastic social

What do you expect to see on a sunny Friday afternoon in Tabard Gardens? Maybe some joggers, a few dog walkers and… a Holi party hosted by KCL Hindu Society???

A part of King’s College London, KCL Hindu Society is one of the largest student-run Hindu societies in the country. Their mission: to Protect, Preserve, Practice and Promote Hindu Dharma.

As a part of the National Hindu Students Forum, KCL Hindu Society aims to promote Hindu representation and the Hindu youth voice at university, as well as being a platform for spiritual development and wellbeing for all. Any KCL student who wants a “home from home” surrounded by like minded students or who’d like to learn more about Hindu culture, can become a member through the King’s College London Student Union website.

Tickets for the Holi Refreshers event started from £5 and included 2 packets of colour powder and a white Holi Hindu Society t-shirt - the essentials for a crazy colour powder social! At Ministry of Colours, we believe there’s no better welcome to uni than a super fun Holi event - making messy memories with new friends is part of the university experience!

If you’d like to throw a social event as memorable as this, don’t hesitate to get in touch for the best quality colour powder!
