Shipping and Returns
There is free delivery for all orders over £45. Orders under £45 will incur a delivery charge which will be calculated at the checkout.
Please note this is for Mainland UK only. Orders for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man are subject to supplementary delivery charges and may take longer than our standard shipping times. If your delivery address is not mainland UK, please use the contact us page to let us know your requirements.
At present, we are unable to ship colour fountains overseas.
We aim to deliver our orders in 2-3 working days (weekends and public holidays excepted).
All delivery times are subject to stock availability, warehouse capability and location of delivery address.
Please inform us of any delivery issues within 3 days of your delivery to allow us to investigate. If your order has not arrived within the agreed time frame, please notify us immediately.
Next day delivery is available at an additional charge. If your order is time critical please call us to discuss your options (0330 321 3996)
If you need to receive your order for a particular date please call us to discuss your options.
Anything over 160kg will be delivered on a pallet unless otherwise requested. Please be aware the delivery driver will only take the pallet to your door. You should be prepared to move the pallet the rest of the way onto your premises. It is also your responsibility to dispose of the pallet after delivery.
If the pallet cannot be accepted at its destination and has to be returned to the courier's depot, this will result in another charge to the customer for the subsequent delivery.

A Product Returns Form must be filled in and included in your return. If you are unable to download the Product Returns Form, please email email@example.com and request this.
Our Returns Policy covers 14 days after your purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after that period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we may require a proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it will be inspected and if the items are in the original packaging and suitable for resale, a refund will be processed.
A credit will be applied to your original method of payment; please note this may take some days to appear in your account.
Refunds will not include the original shipping charges. An administration fee will also be deducted from the refund amount, this will be 10% of the order value or £10 for orders under £100.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, re-check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item to: Flow Fulfillment, Royds Mill Business Park, Unit 3, Dyehouse Lane, Brighouse HD6 1LL. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
